These two forwards have lit up the field ever since they first placed foot in the AFL. Both first round draft picks, both have had huge influences on their respective clubs and have helped shaped their clubs futures. One is a three-time premiership winner whilst the other isn’t but has been Captain since 2007 and is a record six-time club best & fairest winner. Their names are Jarryd Roughead and Matthew Pavlich. Roughed has been one of the key catalysts behind the Hawks recent premiership success and continues to wow fans with his inhumane skills when near the big sticks. Pavlich is the face of the Dockers and has long been craving the success of a premiership. He led the club to its first Grand Final appearance in 2013 and would be hoping he could go one better this year if his side are to surpass Roughead’s Hawks. So who is the better out of the two? We break down the two and give you an overall verdict. Below you can vote for who you think is the better player.
